Hello, I'm Rhea!
Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, self-doubt, and stress start to take up too much space. You may find yourself feeling disconnected from who you are or unsure of how to move forward. If you recognize this feeling, you're in the right place.
I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and relationship changes. My approach emphasizes collaboration, respect, and a deep understanding of each client’s unique experiences. By building a strong, compassionate, and non-judgmental relationship, we can create a space where you feel authentically heard & understood.
In our sessions, we’ll explore the thoughts and feelings that shape your experiences while building practical tools you can use in everyday life. I believe meaningful change comes from deepening your connection to yourself and living in alignment with your most authentic values. My role is to support you in that process, helping you navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence, clarity, and self-compassion.
You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. You just need a space to start. Together, we can create a launching pad where you feel grounded, supported, and ready to move forward.
My name is Rhea (pronounced: ree-uh) Chowdhary. I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #154026) and an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC #19073). I'm supervised by Ella Davies (LMFT #112404).
