Hello, I'm Azizeh!

We all experience painful and difficult emotions, in every stage of life – but we don’t have to go through it alone. When you are able to recognize and understand the patterns of your life, you become empowered to make meaningful changes that honor your needs. I am passionate about working with those who have experienced trauma & had to learn ways of coping that were necessary for survival. It’s important to take the time to process what you have gone through to better understand how it's affecting your present life and relationships.

I offer a non-judgmental and compassionate space where we can unpack the complexities of your life and the emotions surrounding your current stressors. My priority is creating a safe, trusting space where you feel comfortable exploring the deepest parts of who you are. My approach is warm, honest, and empathic.

I believe that healing is a process of coming home to yourself and in becoming your most authentic self. This process begins with fully accepting who you are now & in making a commitment to change the patterns that have kept you stuck in the past. It takes courage to confront your life experiences in the therapy process & I commend you for taking that step!

My name is Azizeh Chamani, and I am a Master's level Associate of Marriage & Family Therapy (AMFT#127353) and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC #10072).  I am supervised by Ella Davies, LMFT #112404.
